I could not have asked for a more beautiful experience at Club Med Punta Cana. From the moment we arrived, the entire team was absolutely incredible — warm, welcoming, and dedicated to making every guest feel special. The memories created here are ones I will not soon forget.

I especially want to recognize two amazing GOs who truly stood out: Victoria and Domingo.

Victoria went above and beyond in showing us around the resort and answering every question we had. She was always cheerful, energetic, and genuinely passionate about Club Med. No matter how hot the day was, she maintained such a positive attitude and made every interaction feel special. Her enthusiasm for what she does is contagious, and she truly made us appreciate the resort even more. I was amazed to see her still bringing that same energy from early morning through late evening, even with a wedding taking place on property. Her dedication is truly remarkable.

I also want to recognize Domingo, one of the golf cart drivers. He was incredibly kind, accommodating, and helpful throughout our stay. His genuine excitement and pride for Club Med Punta Cana was evident, and he made every ride feel like part of the experience.

I sincerely hope the Chef de Village and leadership team recognize Victoria and Domingo for their outstanding service. They are both true assets to Club Med Punta Cana and represent the warmth, hospitality, and spirit that make this resort so special.

We just returned from Club Med Punta Cana. It was our second visit (the first in 2024). They did a great job with the renovation, it brought the whole space together. The addition of the waterpark was great, our kids loved it and we spent a lot of time there! But what made the trip truly special, memorable and magical are the GOs: Arthur, Florian, Mr. Banana, Nelly. They are superstars! Our kids loved them and they still talk about them! I can’t thank them enough for their love, care, kindness and attention to the kids. They just went above and beyond!
Some of the downsides for us were: it definitely felt like they scaled down on things compared to our previous visit. The food was good but not as great as before. There were a couple of times when all of us struggled to find something we actually wanted to eat. We also felt the food for kids was pretty limited (fries, pizza, pasta, nuggets). The parties also felt a little less grand (for example, the white party). If previously it was a huge celebration and they went all out, this time it was kind of underwhelming. The major drawback for us was that the shows did not change much from 2 years ago (exact same Michael Jackson, exact same lion king, exact same magic show, same Dominican show, princess show, etc). We would love, for example, to visit every year but at the same time we don’t want to be watching the same shows.

My family had a wonderful time here! The resort is beautiful and there are endless activities: pools, water park, beach with water sports such as paddle boarding, sailing, snorkeling, kayaking, fitness classes, kids and teens clubs, dancing and more. The food was amazing as well. We stayed in a 2/2 family suite and it was very comfortable for the week. All of the staff are great: shout out to Chloe from guest services, Miguel from sports and Lucas from yoga! We hope to return next year 😁

We had a family reunion and celebrated at Club Med Punta Cana. It was perfect. An incredibly relaxed environment that had fun activities and options all day for everyone. Sailing, tennis, gym, yoga, snorkeling, a great diving excursion, (horseback riding was so-so), and of course the bars, pools, and beaches.

The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. I keep kosher so I can't really comment on the quality of the food. But the kitchen team was incredibly accommodating while working with our kosher caterer and dietary needs. They were kind and enthusiastic on an issue that's often a burden to everyone. We're particularly grateful to chefs Antonio and Virginie!

Thank you so much for all the care, kindness, patience, and encouragement you showed our daughter every single day. From the very first class, you made her feel safe, confident, and excited to try new things. The trust you built with her meant so much to her and I’m sure to other kids as well!

Every day she couldn’t wait to come back to the trapeze and on our way home she told us that one of the things she will miss the most is the trapeze and the coaches! That says everything about the incredible impact you had on her while we were on vacations!

Thank you for making this vacation so special and for creating memories she will cherish forever. Your passion, professionalism, and genuine care for the children do not go unnoticed.

We cannot wait to come back to Club Med Punta Cana and one of the biggest reasons is to see the amazing circus team again. Thank you for everything!
