4/5 • 10/01/2025Holiday was lovely, but largely due to incredible weather and snow. Check in to hotel and skiing was stressful and chaotic. Better club med resorts elsewhere - they should have standardised services, but clearly not.

Friendly, attentive and efficient staff, clean and spacious room, out of this world food and bar offering, our daughters loved Mini Club, they really do go the extra mile in everything they do.
Our family is pretty fussy bunch, but 10/10 all round. Highly recommend and will surely return.

I was HIGHLY ANXIOUS when reading some conflicting reviews, but this place is set up for families and those who want to enjoy the slopes, good food and feel relaxed with the opportunity to be sociable. The facilities and staff are amazing and whilst you WILL pay a pretty penny for the pleasure, everything, I mean everything you want from a holiday is included. If we can afford to, we willl definitely do this again,

Are ski lift passes included in the package?
Yes, your ski lift pass is included in your package with Club Med! You will collect your ski pass at the reception desk at arrival. Your ski pass is valid from Monday to Saturdays for 7 day+ packages.
What if I am booking less than 7 days?
If you are booking a short stay ski break your ski pass is also included but for more information about which days the ski pass will be valid please call us.
Group ski & snowboarding lessons by ESF
Are the group lessons included in the package?
Yes group ski and snowboard lessons are included in the package and are available for all levels: Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced. Lessons are run by professional ESF instructors and lessons are from Monday to Friday. Please note Beginner lessons strictly start on Monday! For more information on age groups for the lessons please see the Activities and Wellness section above.
