Michès Playa Esmeralda Dominican Republic

After 1h15 of transfer from the airport, what an amazing welcome, especially from Iara, who recognized our son from other club med experiences! She was very helpful with every details.

Even if we had rain, never a dull moment in the resort; reading at the Lemon Bar, in the Zen section or drinking wonderful fruit juices under the sunshade on the beach!

Our son had also a blast discovering Trapeze, Kayak and other games in the Teens Group.

Definitely coming back soon!

We are two adults and two kids (10 and 6 years old), and the experience was absolutely fantastic.
Food
The main buffet and the alternative restaurant (Coco Plum) offered delicious, fresh, and varied options. There were always different types of meats, vegetables, an incredible salad bar, and special dishes that changed daily.
Front Desk
We were welcomed by Luis and Iara, both exceptional and provided clear instructions. We already knew Iara from last year, and she was once again very sweet with our kids and with us.
Rooms
The rooms are modern, beautifully designed with high-quality materials, and very well-equipped. They include a fridge bar, two bathrooms, comfortable beds, and even a Bluetooth audio system, everything you need for a relaxing stay.
Activities
Tennis: The team is fantastic! The group workshops are great, and Jonathan gave amazing tennis lessons to our kids, they loved it! Besides that, Jonathan is a wonderful person, and we really enjoyed his company.
Trapeze Team & Shows: Simply spectacular! The shows are professional and impressive, and the energy of the team is contagious. They are also very friendly with the kids, helping them build confidence in challenging activities. Joel, Cande, Nacho, you are amazing! We truly admire your professionalism.
Fitness: Marie delivered highly productive fitness classes, comparable to any top-tier gym.
Water Sports: Outstanding! Yorran has a great attitude, always in a good mood, and is very friendly with the kids. His approach makes the activities fun and safe for everyone.
Hotel & Beach
The hotel overall is very nice and modern, with a stylish design and great facilities. The beach is beautiful—not too big, but perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun.
Overall Experience
The Miches experience is truly outstanding. The performance of the entire team and their positive vibes are contagious, making every moment special.

We spend one week at the lovely Club Med Miches and had a wonderful time!! Enjoying the peaceful beach with no boats and calm waves was amazing! I also had the pleasure of meeting the amazing circus team and shared some amazing moments with them. I also want to personally thank Candela, one of the circus GO's for her amazing help and was so sweet to me and my family. Had a blast dancing with her during our nights over there, she is a light!! I also met Mathew, the GO of kids club who was at the Trapeze when I went and we had a blast! He was very sweet and we talked about our home country Canada. All this to say everyone was very sweet and respectful and would 100% recommend this club and those people! I hope to see them again either at this club med or another one!

We had the best week in Miches with our family of 4. Everything from food to rooms and entertainment was perfect. The G.O.’s were absolutely amazing and our kids had the best time at the resort. A big shout out to Alejandro and Iara at reception as well as Jennifer! They made our vacation truly memorable with our friends. As this wasn’t our first time, it’s always a pleasure to see familiar faces and friends like Kearvins, Johny and Chedelie. Thanks to all!

I went to Miches with my daughter for a 10 night stay. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. We were lucky enough to have two beach front suites which I would highly recommend, a tranquil place to spend some time after an active morning or before getting ready for the evening. Food was as usual delicious , great choices for myself as a vegetarian and special care for my vegan daughter. Exceptional GO's with Raul, Alejandro and Michelle being the best. We had a great time with them.
