We love this resort and this is our 3rd time back (even though its a long way to travel). Staff are great and lots for a family to do. Mini club great as Kids are entertained all day allowing parents to also get a holiday. Spa is great with lovely staff and a couple of massages helps relax for the holiday. Food is great quality for all inclusive and the Mexican / steak restaurants allow a break from the buffet. (book early for these with spaces becoming available the day before). Room are basic but the objective is not to be in them! Talk to Monica about excursions, she's great (and organised my sons diving course (had to reorganise some dives while my son got used to diving) and a great day out fishing in the lagoon Be back next year.

We really enjoyed our stay at Club Med Cancun. It is a beautiful well laid out resort. The key highlight for our daughter was the slides, she never got bored of them. However she was disappointed as the water sports and kayak were only available to over 10 years old (believe this a Mexican law rather than Club Med specific)

The diving sites were amazing and the set up was very professional; from booking dives to getting in the water.

One downside is that we were disappointed by the food quality compared to other Club Med resorts. More generally, we wished Club Med (globally) improved the labelling of food on display to include allergens, particularly nuts.

Big thanks to the Mini club staff (Leo, Spender, Thais, Fabi, Emilio, Sammy, Karla), as well as the excursion desk (Yannick), the diving desk (Charles and Monica) and the dive masters (Isaac, Paco, Jose), the photographer Erik, and last but not least, the Jade team was excellent. They looked after us very well and helped us relax (Jesus, Daniel, Esabio, Eliseo, Ademir, Jaime, Jose Luis, Cristian, Lena, Leonel)!

First time to a ClubMed and it was way above expectations.
Apart from the excellent food and very friendly staff and multiple superb activities we would in particular like to call out the circus team and the trapeze. Each of Maude, Silver, Victoria and Remy were patient, enthusiastic, and super clear and encouraging in teaching the ropes and tricks of the trapeze. While this is certainly one of the more challenging but also busy attraction of this Club Med, they took the time for each guest to not only go over the safety preps, but also provide instant feedback on what they did well and how they can even do better next time.

With each new run they upped the ante for individuals who wanted to do more challenging turns. An activity for any age, both my wife and son really enjoyed learning from and interacting with the team and they were the highlight of our trip!!

Again, while there are many activities to do (including doing nothing and enjoy the beach and pool), the circus/trapeze just in itself is a good reason for us to come back. Thank you team Club Med Cancun (incl coach Stefan)
