Amazing Vacation at Club Med Tomamu!
We recently had the chance to experience Club Med Tomamu, and it was a fantastic ski holiday! Located in Hokkaido, Japan, this all-inclusive resort offers a perfect mix of adventure, comfort, and exceptional hospitality.
Skiing & Snow Activities
The ski slopes at Tomamu are perfect for all levels, from beginners to advanced skiers. The resort provides ski-in, ski-out access, making it super convenient to hit the slopes right from the hotel. The powder snow in Hokkaido is world-class—light, fluffy, and ideal for skiing and snowboarding. For non-skiers, activities like snow trekking, sledding, and ice skating are available as well.
Accommodation & Facilities
The rooms are modern, spacious, and well-maintained, offering stunning views of the snowy mountains. The resort itself is beautifully designed, with warm, and cozy atmosphere. There’s also an indoor heated pool and an amazing Japanese onsen (hot spring) to relax after a long day of skiing.
Aoy, Housekeeping manager and her Assistant, YuPa and her team are very kind. Our room was immaculate during the whole stay.
Food & Drinks
One of the highlights of Club Med Tomamu is the all-inclusive gourmet dining. The buffet offers a wide variety of international and Japanese cuisine, with fresh seafood, sushi, ramen, and even Hokkaido’s famous soft-serve ice cream, you name it. The open bar with unlimited drinks and cocktails is a great bonus! Don’t forget Jack who is an amazing GO (Gentle Organizer) at The Nest Bar. His hospitality is truly remarkable.
Entertainment & Activities
Club Med is known for its fun atmosphere, and Tomamu is no exception! The GO team is energetic and friendly, organizing daily entertainment like evening shows, games, and parties. For families, there are excellent kids’ programs and ski lessons with professional instructors.
Service & Hospitality
The staff at Club Med Tomamu went above and beyond especially Liz (Reception manager) and Ken at reception who make guests feel welcome. He is always smiling, attentive, and ready to help with anything and everything. The multilingual team makes communication easy for international travelers. Thanks To Pond (Finance GO), Mai ( Mini club Manger) Jacky, Amas, Wadee (Mini club GO) who never ran out of energy to look after the guests, both adults and kids.
Club Med Tomamu is an excellent choice for a hassle-free, luxury ski holiday. Whether you’re a skier, snowboarder, or just looking for a winter escape with great food and entertainment, this resort has it all. The all-inclusive package makes it super convenient and hassle-free, so you can focus on enjoying your vacation.

The overall experience was amazing, especially the snowboarding, i was a bit nervous at first, but after a few lessons i got used to it. The food and drinks are also good since its included in the fee so you dont have to bring cash everywhere.Shoutout to Matthew, he was chill , he played pool with us, ate with us, danced, gave us a club med bracelet or smth, etc etc. And he deserves a raise so that he can get his girlfriend back

Really cool place ngl
The food is amazing and the vibes are overall great😁 Matthew was really cool too and made the experience memorable. The slopes are also very fun to go down. The atmosphere is electric, and the view at night is out of this world. Also the variety of food is great 😸.

An great trip to Club med
I had a great time at club med. Everyone there is so welcoming. Being in the teens club was great as everyone there was so welcoming especially Matthew who was the teens club leader. Overall all the G.Os were really welcoming and I had a lot of fun. Skiing with the teens club was also amazing as I had some friends there and the instructors were really nice. Overall I would give this trip a 5/5.
