While Sharon showed great enthusiasm in serving her guest and making them feel at home.

I am happy to provide feedback for two excellent snowboarding instructors—Agata and Tyler. I chose Club Med to fully enjoy snowboarding, and these two instructors significantly enhanced my overall Club Med experience. While their styles differ, both demonstrated exceptional professionalism and personal charm, offering me an outstanding learning experience.

Instructor Agata's teaching is always energetic and precise. She listens patiently and attentively, adjusts her approach flexibly based on individual skill levels, and provides clear, effective feedback on technique in a timely manner. Every lesson provided new skills and significant progress. She keeps students of varying abilities highly engaged throughout structured sessions, ensuring the process is never dull. Her cheerful and humorous personality further makes learning enjoyable.

Instructor Tyler is reliable and considerate. He wears a friendly smile and gives clear, actionable guidance. With a strong sense of responsibility, he thoughtfully points out risks along each route, which gives us a great sense of security.

In their own unique ways, both instructors perfectly blend professional skill, keen observation, and genuine care for their students. They are not only exceptional coaches but also invaluable members of your team. I recommend them without any reservation.

我选择Clubmed是为了充分享受单板滑雪的乐趣，而这两位教练极大地提升了我整体的Clubmed体验。我非常乐意为两位出色的单板滑雪教练——Agata和Tyler——提供反馈。虽然他们的教学风格不同，但都展现了极高的专业素养和个人魅力，为我带来了卓越的学习体验。

Agata教练的教学始终充满活力且精准到位。她耐心细致地倾听，根据学员的不同水平灵活调整教学方法，并及时提供清晰有效的动作反馈。每节课都能让我学到新技能并取得明显进步。她能让不同水平的学员在结构化课程中保持高度投入，整个过程毫不枯燥。她开朗幽默的性格更让学习充满乐趣。

Tyler教练则显得可靠且体贴。他总是面带友好的微笑，给出的指导步骤清晰、易于操作。他富有责任心，在讲解每条滑行路线时都会周到地提示风险，这让我们倍感安心。

两位教练都以各自独特的方式，完美融合了专业技能、细致观察和对学员的真切关怀。他们不仅是杰出的教练，更是贵团队不可或缺的宝贵成员。我毫无保留地推荐他们。

ClubMed Beidahu has a good team of snowboard instructors - I rode specifically with Gavin, Tyler and Agata, who were ALL really skilled, good teachers and friendly!

I had the good fortune of taking most of my classes with Agata, hence the more detailed feedback. :)

Agata rides really well, and is very kind and friendly!

Appreciate that she gives attention to each and every student and gives individual feedback / analyzes what adjustments we could make to achieve our goals.

She gives clear instructions and breaks a move down into smaller achieable steps to help us progress!

She is always patient with our questions and happily demonstrates the movements multiple times. She also regularly checks on our well-being (even offering her own heated gloves to a classmate) and keeps the class safe.

Her communication is always clear and as a huge bonus, she is a hoot to have around because she appreciates a good joke!

She has contributed greatly to how lovely this ClubMed Beidahu exprience has been. :)

Outstanding Snowboard Instructor – Agatha

Agatha is an exceptional snowboard instructor. Under her guidance, I managed to learn so many new techniques and movements while also fixing several bad habits I didn’t even realize I had. Her teaching approach is clear, structured, and incredibly effective.

What really stood out was her patience and understanding. She took the time to identify every mistake and addressed them calmly and thoroughly, making sure I truly understood how to improve rather than just getting through the lesson.

Most importantly, Agatha helped me face my fears with confidence. Thanks to her encouragement and guidance, I successfully cleared my first black run—something I never thought I’d be able to do before this season.

I’m extremely grateful for her dedication and support. Highly recommend Agatha to anyone looking to seriously improve their snowboarding skills while feeling supported every step of the way.

Excellent Stay at Club Med Beidahu (6D5N)
We had a wonderful 6 days and 5 nights stay at Club Med Beidahu, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The resort offers a great variety of well-organized programs and activities, keeping every day fun and engaging.
A special shout-out to the snowboard coaches Alan, Happy, and Tylan. They are extremely skilled, professional, and very patient. Thanks to their guidance, we truly enjoyed our snowboarding experience 😊
Many thanks as well to Zhen for the smooth airport transfer arrangements, and to the super friendly GO Merry for the warm and welcoming service.
The food was delicious with a wide range of options to suit different tastes. Overall, an excellent holiday experience. Highly recommended, and we would love to come back again!
