We had an unforgettable stay at Club Med Punta Cana! From the moment we arrived, the service and hospitality exceeded all expectations.

Special thanks to Donalson, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our trip. Pascale was always attentive and friendly, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. And Samaroun made our experience even more memorable with their professionalism and warmth.

The resort itself is beautiful, the food was excellent, and the activities kept us entertained every day. We truly felt cared for and will definitely return.

This was our third time visiting Club Med Punta Cana and it never disappoints. The kind and friendly staff are what truly make it stand out well above any other resort we have experienced. Our children (4 and 10) LOVE the kids club. The staff of the kids club are always smiling and making sure the kids are having the best time, all the time! On this trip, Vero Coconut, Ralph and Banana went above and beyond communicating with us and making our boys feel super special. The kids club is what sets this place apart. When we come here it’s the perfect combination of family time and adult time thanks to their hard work and effort to make sure the kids can’t wait to be dropped off to them.

The resort itself is gorgeous. It has been undergoing renovations since they had a fire but it definitely doesn’t take away from the incredible experience. The grounds are stunning and spacious. Has a very authentic Caribbean vibe…it’s not just another hotel.

We look forward to booking our next vacation to return to Club Med Punta Cana!

Family of 5 staying for a few weeks in August, kids loved the activities and in particular the trapeze. Staff were really nice and helpful particularly in the specialty restaurant & bar and special thanks to Samarun the head of leisure always available to answers our questions or have a chat . We got a room upgrade during our stay to the Tiara area which made the overall experience very special. We'll definitely come back again.

We had an amazing time at this clubmed. The property is stunning, beautiful views, a perfect beach, and two awesome pools to relax by. The food was delicious and fresh especially the ceviche, while the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff was amazing and really made this vacation memorable.
