Absolutely Fantastic Stay at Club Med Phuket!
We had an incredible time at Club Med Phuket — it was the perfect mix of fun, relaxation, and celebration. The whole experience felt so comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived.

A massive thank you to some amazing individuals who made our stay extra special:
• Ari – Always friendly and full of positive energy! His passion for yoga and fitness really shines, and he constantly checked in on us to make sure we were doing well.
• Edmund & Azizul – Part of the wonderful restaurant team. Special mention to Azizul, who ensured our meals and drinks were always perfect.
• Roy (Chef) – Not only did he serve up amazing food, but he also led a fantastic cooking class where we learned to make a delicious Tom Yum Goong!
• Aun – Made our birthday celebration unforgettable with a surprise cake and room surprise. Thank you!
• William – Took the time to chat with us and make us feel truly welcomed.
• The bartenders – Non-stop drink service from morning till night. Tireless and always cheerful!
• Fitness Team – The Muay Thai coaches were hilarious and fun, while Alpha led a killer circuit session that gave us a real sweat — in the best way!

Also, a heartfelt thank you to the entire G.O team, buggy drivers, housekeeping staff, cleaners, restaurant team, guards, and everyone else working behind the scenes. You all made our stay so memorable and helped us celebrate our birthdays in the most amazing way.

We had a great time overall—fun games everywhere and a fantastic circus team. Although the circus experience was quite different from what we're used to, they were very encouraging and made it enjoyable for us.

The GO team was excellent, especially Kira. We had a short dinner together on our last day, and she shared Club Med’s vision and mission from a GO’s perspective, which was inspiring. The waterpark was a highlight—my daughter had nonstop fun there!

Unfortunately, on the second day, I wasn’t feeling well and ended up vomiting three times. I believe it was just a personal issue, as the rest of my family continued enjoying everything without any problems. I just regret missing out on a full day at Club Med.

Logan is an outstanding leader who truly embodies authenticity and excellence. He leads the entire GO team with genuine passion, professionalism, and a warm, approachable style that brings out the best in everyone. His leadership feels sincere and inspiring, creating an atmosphere where both guests and GOs feel valued and energized. It’s clear that his presence sets the tone for a positive and memorable Clubmed experience.

On a side note, I had requested a ground-floor room with twin beds, but we were initially given a second-floor room with a king-size bed. The staff did arrange a different room for us the next day, though it still had a king-size bed. Perhaps the Family Oasis room type only comes with that bed configuration.

Club Med Phuket embodies exactly the spirit of Club Med that I remembered so fondly from my childhood and now have the pleasure of showing to my children. The laid back attitude, the focus on the GMs, the global staff and guests who serve to make the whole experience that much more fun and fulfilling. The activities have gotten so much more fun with yoga, and a water park, while maintaining the old favourites like Archery and Circus. I cannot wait to go back to Club Med!

Had an amazing stay at Club Med Phuket! The service was outstanding, with every staff member going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Special shoutout to Cara from the teens club—she was fantastic, super friendly, and made the kids feel right at home. Her energy and care truly made our family’s vacation extra memorable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun and well-supported holiday!

This was our second visit in Club med Phuket after Kani and Seychelless and it was best!!!
We are a family of 12 , 4 parents, 2 grandparents and 6 teens (15-20), and we all had the time of our lives in this hevenly resort !!! We stayed for 9 devine nights and we are so sad to leave….
First and before all it was the fabulous GO team that made our holiday so great ! The crew is a unique team , something i have never met before- they made us feel like part of a big family, always attentive, smiling, helping and just being there .
At the head, the one and only Chef de village Mr. Logan that was always around, every place we went he was there with his fabulous smile, checking that all is good , that everyone is having fun, so energetic and warm ,thank you Logan !!!!
Thanks to Dori, that also took care of us , everyday smiling checking that we are good and happy.

the children loved you , you were great ! The children didnt miss a minute with you guys, dancing with you in the fabulous evening parties, playing volleyball, soccer , pickle ball, water polo, and just hanging fun with you. They loved you !!!
And another special thanks to the one and only Jeremy the circus supervisor, he is a pro , so nice and helpful , checking teaching guiding every jump, and of course all the wonderful circus team : Adib the best ! Jamal such a happy and fun person , Kimmy always funny and energetic , Chloe, and Alisia so nice and helpful, and of course Golf the cutest guy ever!!! Thanks also to Man, working out with the teens.

The premises is all green and tropical 🏝 very clean and neat, feels like heven, looking the sea.
