I would highly recommend Club Med! This was my first time going and the staff and service are incredible. The GOs treat you like family and do everything to make the experience memorable. A special shout out to Vero, Guy, Waly, YouYou, Duda, and Miguel for such an amazing time! The resort, rooms, food, and activities are also incredible. This was a perfect trip for friends and family! Thank you for such a memorable trip. I will be returning!

Exclusive Club accommodations and services were greatly appreciated. The entire team that made up the exclusive collections staff were top notch and personalized our stay for us. Cristel, Marshall, Yanet, Yaison, Tito, Benjamin, Maria, Roxanne, Hector, the housekeeping team, Food Team, etc. all were fabulous.

Kids club for both our youngsters was great along with the GO's.
My wife ended up loving the circus and trapeze, a big thanks to that team also. The excursion Scuba Team was great too; Frankie, James, Santos, Will, and Captain Narciso made everyone feel welcomed, safe, and calm. Spa was just transformed and nicely done.

These teams truly enjoy the meaning of delivering hospitality and caring for each other along with their guests. It feels real good being a part of such a community. Hats off to the entire Team at Club Med Punta Cana. You all are delivering a very special intangible experience by helping others create positive memories.

Absolutely positively excellent experience. Your employees really enjoy what they do and it shows. The shows were excellent. The food was excellent. The property was excellent. Loved the water slides and numerous other activities. We couldn’t have had a better experience. We highly recommend Club Med Punta Cana and will definitely return. Thank you for everything!
