Cancún Mexico

Used this as a family trip, with a large group. Lots of activities to do, but also nice and quiet for relaxing. The scuba diving/ snorkeling experience was great. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

All of the staff was very friendly and helpful, but I have to give a special shout-out to the wonderful circus team - Maude, Cooper, Victoria, and Angel! They were incredible with our whole family and our friends. Trapeze and being coached by them was by far the best part of the trip for my 6-year-old. She especially connected with Victoria, who was very sweet with her, and my daughter called her “one of my best friends” by the end of the trip!

Some other standouts were Maria at Taco Arte, Enrique at Hacienda, and all the wonderful drivers and staff who answered our many questions about various words in Spanish!

We just spend 8 nights at Jade with our family; 2 adults and 3 teenagers, and we absolutely loved it. It was the perfect combination of spending time with our teens as we enjoyed dinners and excursions together. But they could also really enjoyed the teens club where they met new friends, did a lot of fun activities and danced at the Crazy Signs parties well into the night/early morning. All in the safety of the resort. And for us parents, where we had a combo of working remote and drinking cocktails at the pool/beach, Jade was absolutely perfect. The bar staff (Ademir, Jaime, Eliseo, Daniel, Marco, Jesus and Erasmo) were amazing. They were all so friendly and personable, always making sure our glasses were filled and helping with my fears of the iguanas. Christian (F&B mng) did an amazing job with all the yummy food and snacks throughout the day. Leonardo (Housekeeping) made sure that our rooms were perfectly cleaned and we always had fresh towels (as we showered so many times a day!), and Jose Luis, the resident mng... what can I say. How can you not love him. I have not met someone more likeable and lovely as him. And he is so welcoming to all the guests while running Jade so smoothly. We barely left Jade as we so enjoyed all the people there, the constant yummy food and drinks and the daily live music. It was really hard to leave after spending a week in paradise. And we will definately be back....

Club med has the absolute best activities, food and ambiance of any all inclusive resort. Everything from archery to snorkeling and everything in between. I've been to other all inclusives and club med has by far the best food, the best entertainment (live evening shows!), the best sports instructors and the friendliest people organizing everything-- other all-inclusives don't come near it! The vibe is active and fun but you can also just chill at a quiet spot on the beach if you like as well. If you have kiddos to entertain- they're world renowned for their mini, petit, kids and teen clubs which keep your little ones active and busy all day if that's what they want. It really is special!
