Club Med Cancun - we enjoyed our summer vacation at Club Med. Our trip to Chichen Itza was the highlight of the vacation. We tried all the restaurants and were happy with the variety and excellent service. You have an amazing staff, but would like to congratulate Katie + David from Boutique as they immediately made us feel like we had been there before. Jazmine from the Front Desk was helpful and a pleasure to speak to.
in the future, we would like to visit another village.

We just returned from our second stay at Club Med Cancun and had a great experience!
A special shout-out to Hamza, our favorite bartender – he was always so friendly, full of energy, and truly passionate about his craft. His cocktails were the best and you could see the pride he put into every creation.
Meaghan deserves a huge thank-you – she absolutely elevated our trip and made it so memorable. Her fantastic energy, fun personality, and ability to connect with everyone brought so much life to our days. She’s the kind of person who makes you feel instantly welcomed and makes the whole experience more special.
The resort itself was wonderful again – the food, service, and atmosphere were good. Our kids had a blast playing volleyball on the beach every day and made some great new friends. The teen club instructors were also fantastic and kept the kids engaged and happy.
The only slight disappointment was that last year our teens could enjoy water sports like kayaking on their own, but this year my 15-year-old wasn’t able to since there’s now a new government rule requiring anyone under 16 to be accompanied by an adult on the water.
All in all, another great stay at Club Med Cancun.

Nice relaxing experience

I had such a great time at Club Med Cancún. The hotel itself is really nice and well taken care of. The food was very good every day, and the room I was given was superb—spacious, comfortable, and perfect to relax in after long days under the sun.

One of the best parts of the trip was visiting Isla Mujeres. The island is absolutely stunning, with turquoise water and such a laid-back vibe that it quickly became a highlight of my stay. Sitting by the beach there with a cold cerveza in hand is something I won’t forget anytime soon.

The people at the resort made the experience even better. Joselo, the Chef of the Village, was always around, making sure everything was running smoothly. Lalo at Sailing brought such good energy and made the activities on the water so much fun. Juanito at Pickleball was patient, upbeat, and got everyone excited about the game.

A special mention to Kasandra, one of the managers, who was very attentive throughout my stay. And also to Eva, Mouna, and Emilio at the gift shop, who were always warm, helpful, and welcoming whenever I passed by.

Overall, Club Med Cancún is not just about the beach and the amenities—it’s about the people who make you feel at home. I left with great memories and can’t wait to come back.

The Mini Club was outstanding. Fanny was so lovely and welcoming, and Loulou was incredible with the little ones, showing endless patience and kindness. Our kids had such a great time there.

The new aqua park is a fantastic addition and brought so much fun for the whole family.

The spa was a hidden gem. We had a massage with Antonita, who was simply incredible—one of the best treatments we’ve ever had.
