⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An amazing experience! The team was so friendly and professional. PADI-approved, with a very detailed 2-hour session followed by an unforgettable sea dive. We also received beautiful photos and videos to remember the day — highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time at Club Med Cancun! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. A special thank you to Elizabeth, the Room Division Manager, who went above and beyond to help us – she was so thoughtful and attentive.

We also loved the pickleball team, who brought such energy and fun to our days. Every single staff member we encountered was fabulous – friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to make our stay memorable.

This resort is not just about the beautiful location, but about the amazing people who make it feel like home. We can’t wait to come back!

This was our second visit to Club Med Cancun this year and my family had a wonderful time at the resort. It was clean and everyone was friendly. The staff are great. Alberto and Alejandro at the aquamarina bar and pool were friendly and took such great care of us every day. Leidi and Yanuari at Taco Arte are so sweet and attentive. Always greeting us with a smile. I so appreciated their extra help with a knowing drop of extra napkins when the baby had her breakfast all over her face or prompt help with whatever we needed.

The staff at the petit club and mini club are absolutely amazing. It was so nice for us to have a real break from the kids without any guilt about dropping the kids off at childcare since our kids love it. Mario, Sammy, Leo, Fanny, Nicole, Faviola, Cathia, Cintia, Rosie, Manon, Justine and Mirka (there were a few more that we didn’t have the pleasure of directly interacting with but we appreciate them none the less) were so great in managing and entertaining the children, really keeping them so happy and entertained. Sammy was always friendly and very helpful when our older daughter had some needs during the day or I had questions. Cathia and Cintia were so kind to my daughter when she was upset one night at dinner mini club. Nicole and Faviola made the talent show so special for our daughter and she is still wondering about the magic trick Super Mario pulled on her dad. Rosie was always attentive to details and helpful with some issues with our baby at petit club. At one drop off our baby, who is very shy, ran to hug Manon in the morning, so excited to go play. We also saw her cuddling and dancing with Justine one day at lunch. I recommend club med to all the parents I know based on the petit and mini club alone. Having such an amazing, enthusiastic crew and a fun activity calendar for the kids is a relief for tired parents.

Alan and Myriam were so kind and dined with us one evening. They answered a lot of questions we had then and throughout the week about the resort. We also had the pleasure of dining with Faviola and Cintia one evening and learning more about where they were from and how our daughters were doing at the resort during the day. Whenever we passed Leo around the resort he always asked how we were doing and gave more than just a quick hello. The sales manager Meghan was a delight and always found time to stop and say hi, offer help, and even make some book recommendations.

Club med isn’t a generic resort. It felt more like a little village for our family. This is what brought us back to this resort and will bring us back in the future.

A wonderful trip with wife, An easy trip from the airport and a nice welcome from Aminata and Chris. We were fortunate the have a full moon and saw three turtle hatches. The location suits me well. I get a lot of steps in to get to the reef and beach access. A snorkel reef ( Pabiny) is easy to access and the beach offers a calm long distance swim. The sports offered include pickle ball with Ishmael and Julio, I am new to the sport and they were very helpful. I love the family pool and can get my exercises in every morning. The aqua aerobics with Cheva got my heart rate up. Charles and Monica helped me get my paperwork competed in order to go scuba diving. Alt ran me through the refresher class and I went scuba diving with Paco and Jorge. Thank you to Meagan and Hugo. They were always asking about our stay and making our vacation pleasant. It is a lot of work for them. The dinning staff was great. My favorite meal was fish tacos and bowls of guacamole. And I can’t forget about the BBQ ribs at the Las Vegas patio
Thanks to all the grounds keepers and house keepers, a never ending job.
