Cancún Mexico

We had a fantastic week at Club Med Cancun, the highlight of which were the land and water-based sports.

Thank you to the entire circus team for making our week in Club Med Cancun an unforgettable one. Everyone was always so kind and encouraging and really made every person feel welcome and able to conquer the trapeze. Thank you to Sara for your endless encouragement, advice and humour, Remy for your warmth and excellent photography skills, Adan & Silver for always keeping us safe, for the coaching, and countless catch attempts, and Pia for always being a smiling, calming presence before any trick. Trapeze was the highlight of our trip and you’ll all be missed dearly.

Thank you also to the sailing team, especially Max whose instructions helped two beginner sailors immensely and to the land sports team whose morning runs and aqua-gym were challenging but fun.

My stay was simply wonderful — the place is beautiful, the energy is contagious, and the service made all the difference! I’d like to give a special shout-out to the amazing G.Os who made the experience even more special: Tailan, always joining us for meals and at the nightclub, giving the best tips and always being so kind; Alejando (Kitchen), always attentive and with a big smile; Sandry, super friendly and helpful; and Andrea, who was incredibly nice and welcoming! 💙

Overall experience was great.
Food was amazing, lots if activities at the resort, opportunities for quiet time (highly recommenf the Aguamarina building for the extra room for kids and quieter pool), the water park for families was excellent too.
But note, there are hardly any excursions for kids under 5, certainly not to cenotes. Kids under 10 are not allowed to do any water sports at the resort (even when we brought our own life jackets and had experience doing it).
Weather-wise was great, a bit stormy most nights but lovely nonetheless

The food was excellent. The yoga classes with Magalie were perfect. She is a great teacher and is always smiling and joyful. The classes are just hard enough to challenge you. Thank you Magalie

This was our 4th time at Club Med Cancun, and the Mini Club is genuinely the reason we keep coming back. It’s more than just a kids’ program, it feels like a place where our daughter is truly cared for, known, and filled with happiness every single day. We travel a lot and i can guarantee nothing compares.
Mia wakes up excited every morning because she knows the day will be packed with fun games, creative activities, adventures, and so much laughter. It’s non-stop joy for her from start to finish. The team doesn’t just supervise kids, they LOVE them, encourage them, and make them feel like they belong.
I wish I could list every single name because everyone is incredible. Pierre and Sammy made a big impression on Mia, but truly the whole team gives their heart and soul every day. You can see how much they genuinely care for the kids in the way they talk to them, play with them, cheer for them, and hug them goodbye! ❤️❤️❤️

One of the sweetest traditions is that on the last day, they leave heart-shaped notes for the children. Mia brought hers home and proudly stuck it on her bedroom wall. She keeps it as her little treasures 😭. When it was time to leave the resort, she cried and she never even cries when we leave her grandparents in Colombia or Moscow. This time she said, “When I grow up, I want to work in Mini Club like them.”
That says it all. 💕
If you are a parent wondering if your child will be happy here, I can say with complete honesty that the Mini Club is magic. 🪄 It’s warmth, care, joy, and memories that last long after the vacation is over. We are so grateful to this team, they are truly extraordinary human beings, and they make our holidays unforgettable every single time!!!!!
