1 - Q&A

Seychelles Beach

Would you recommend Club Med Seychelles as a destination?

Absolutely, I’d 100% recommend Club Med Seychelles, especially for families. There’s something for everyone, from the little ones to the adults, and it truly makes travelling as a family feel effortless. Everything you need is right there, with endless ways to relax, explore, or be active depending on your mood that day.

We’re already dreaming of visiting more Club Med resorts to see if they all live up to the incredible standard set by Seychelles. It was the kind of trip you’d happily repeat again and again, peaceful, beautiful, and full of little moments that make lifelong memories.

Seychelles main pool

How did you spend a typical day at Club Med Seychelles?

A typical day at Club Med always started with breakfast at one of the two restaurants. If we were feeling fancy, we’d go to The Reef for a quieter, à la carte experience. But if we wanted more variety, the main restaurant offered an incredible selection with every cuisine imaginable.

After breakfast, we’d take a short walk down to the beach, soft white sand, clear turquoise water, and plenty of shaded spots, which were perfect for the baby. We’d spend the morning relaxing.

After lunch (which somehow always managed to top breakfast!), we’d wander over to the nautical centre for kayaking or snorkelling, both included in the stay. Afternoons were for naps or lounging by our private pool before getting ready for dinner.

Evenings usually ended with live entertainment or a show, and sometimes a nightcap by the beach bar before heading back to our room.

Private Pool Seychelles

What was your room like at the resort?

Our room was absolutely gorgeous - spacious, calming, and beautifully designed with nature in mind. The highlight was our private pool, which made it so easy to let our baby splash around safely while we relaxed nearby. The resort also provided thoughtful baby amenities like a cot which made travelling with a little one so much easier. It felt like our home away from home.

Tell us about the food and drink available at the resort!

The food was incredible, genuinely some of the best I’ve had at an all-inclusive resort. Every meal felt like a new experience. Breakfasts were abundant, lunches were generous, and dinners were exceptional, especially the themed nights like Surf & Turf, where we had some of the best steak and giant prawns I’ve ever eaten.

When it comes to drinks, there were bars dotted all around the resort, each with its own charm. The main bar quickly became a favourite — the bartenders were incredibly friendly and efficient, and it always had a lively, welcoming atmosphere. When we were in the mood for something a bit fancier, we’d head over to The Reef restaurant, which had a stunning bar setup with a great selection of spirits, champagne, and prosecco.

Travelling with a baby meant we often alternated between having a drink and keeping it light, which worked perfectly thanks to the resort’s fantastic range of non-alcoholic options. Their mocktails and fresh juices made it easy to join in the atmosphere without feeling like you were missing out. And one of my favourite touches was that even the nautical centre had its own bar, perfect for catching the sunset with an evening cocktail or refreshing spritzer by the beach.

We definitely left a few pounds heavier, but it was worth every bite!

What is your favourite memory from the resort?

My favourite memory has to be the people. We met so many wonderful staff members - especially at the nautical centre, who went out of their way to make our stay special. They were so attentive with our baby and genuinely cared about how we were doing each day. Some even came to see us off when we left! It’s rare to experience that level of warmth and connection, and it’s what really made the trip unforgettable.
