Win British Airways Flights with Club Med

1. Eligibility
   This incentive applies to all Club Med bookings that include flights operated or ticketed by British Airways, or its British Airways eligible partner airlines listed below, made between the campaign dates.

2. Booking Period
   Valid for all new qualifying bookings made from 04 November until 31 December 2025 only.

3. Travel Period
   Eligible travel must take place between 01 May 2026 and 20 October 2026.

4. Applicable Routes & Carriers
   The incentive applies to flights operated on the British Airways network as well as flights on BA joint business partners, Oneworld Alliance members, and British Airways codeshare partners.

5. Cabin and Fare Eligibility
   • The offer is valid across all cabins: Economy, Premium Economy, Business, and First
   • Only bookings made with fully paid, published fares are eligible for this incentive.

Bookings made using redemption tickets (including but not limited to Avios or other frequent flyer points), staff travel fares, industry discounted fares, or any other non-revenue tickets are expressly excluded from this offer. Proof of payment may be required to validate eligibility.

6. Reward
   Two winners will each receive one pair of complimentary return tickets (4 tickets total) for London Gatwick (LGW) – Malaga (AGP) – London Gatwick (LGW) in Economy class, operated by British Airways. One night free stay at Club Med Marbella staying a minimum 6-night stay at Club Med Marbella with the 7th night free.

7. How to Qualify
   To be eligible for the prize draw, participants must:

• Book a Club Med holiday package including:
  British Airways flights
  or
  Flights ticketed on eligible British Airways partner airlines.

• Ensure the booking is fully confirmed by 31 December 2025.

Each qualifying booking will automatically be entered into the prize draw. No additional entry is required.

8. Winner Selection

• The prize draw will take place within the first two weeks of January 2026.
• Winners will be selected at random from all eligible bookings.
• The winners will be notified by email or telephone using the contact details associated with their booking.
• If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, Club Med reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
• Prize Redemption Process Winners will be provided with instructions on how to redeem their complimentary tickets and Club Med stay. All travel arrangements must be made directly with Club Med or its designated representative within 30 days of winner notification. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize.

9. Prize Conditions

• Tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value.
• The prize is strictly non-transferable and must be redeemed by the named winner. Any attempt to transfer or sell the prize will result in disqualification.
• Flights are subject to availability and blackout dates apply: Blackout Dates Specific blackout dates may apply to the complimentary tickets. These dates will be communicated to winners at the time of prize redemption and are subject to British Airways’ and Club Med’s operational policies. Travel during these periods will not be permitted.
• Winners are responsible for any additional costs, including seat selection, baggage beyond standard allowance, and travel insurance.
• Club Med and British Airways reserve the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if required.

10. General

• Club Med reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
• Participation implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• Standard Club Med booking terms and conditions apply to all holidays purchased as part of this incentive.
• Data Privacy Personal data collected in connection with this incentive will be processed in accordance with Club Med’s Privacy Policy. By participating, entrants consent to the use of their information for the purposes of administering the prize draw and contacting winners.
• Disqualification Clause Club Med reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions or suspected of fraudulent activity, without notice.
• Jurisdiction These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this incentive will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
