Till the 15th of November, to access our France Resorts (West Indies included) : the french sanitary pass will be requested for adults and kids aged 12 years and above. Accepted documents include: a complete vaccination certificate (7 days after the final dose for Pfizer, Moderna or AstraZeneca vaccine; 28 days for Jansen), a negative test (PCR or antigen) done less than 72 hours or the result of a positive test that proves your recovery from COVID-19, it has to be more than 11 days and less than 6 months old.
Till the 31st of December to access our Italian Resorts an Italian green pass will be requested for all GM aged 12 years and above. They will need to show one of the following documents : a European Sanitary Pass or an Italian Green Pass or a proof of vaccination (only one dose is enough: the vaccine should be recognised by the EU and the vaccine must have been administered at least 15 days before) or a negative test (PCR or antigen) taken less than 48 hours or proof of Covid-19 recovery that is more than 11 days and less than 6 months old.
All other resorts
Till the 15th November we have introduced a health protocol so that we can welcome you safely. To stay in one of our resorts we will ask all adults and kids aged 12 years and above to provide the result of a negative RT-PCR (nasopharyngeal or saliva) or antigen Covid-19 test done less than 72 before departure, unless vaccinated. In this case, a record of a complete vaccination ( 7 days after the final dose for pfizer, Moderna or AstraZeneca vaccine; 28 days for Jansen, In English or French) against Covid-19* will be accepted. *one or two shots depending on the number of doses required for the vaccine in question. A Covid-19 recovery certificate that is more than 11 days and less than 6 months old is also accepted.
In the absence of these documents, access to the Resort will be denied to said person as well as the accompanying guardian if the person is a minor or any accompanying minors if the person is an adult.
This protocol is in addition to the documents and formalities required by the destination country.
When returning to the UK
~ Fully vaccinated travellers will only need one antigen test taken on or before your 2nd day arriving into the UK from a non red list country.
~ Unvaccinated travellers will have to quarantine for 10 days on your return to the UK and 2 PCR tests are required - one pre departure and another on your 2nd day of self isolation.
