All departures up to December 2022 are covered by our complimentary Covid-19 insurance. Feel reassured that if you or anyone in your party falls ill with Covid-19, all medical expenses will be covered including testing, GP appointments and housing if quarantine is required. We’ll look after you.
Departures from the 17th May 2021 (up until 29th August) will follow the traffic light system with a flexible policy as follows:
Less than 8 days prior to departure:
Red destination -
If the destination remains on the red list, you will be entitled to a Refund Credit Note (RCN) to either rebook for a later date (to a new date up to 12 months after your original departure date with no amendment fee) or to claim a full refund.
Amber destination -
If the destination remains on the amber list, you will be able to change your destination and date with no amendment fee. New departure can be up to 12 months after your original departure date.
- Airline T&Cs apply
Green destination -
If the destination is on the green list 7 days before departure, you can travel and our normal booking conditions apply.
You can still cancel or rebook your holiday free of charge if:
- You test positive for Covid-19
- You have to quarantine upon arrival at your destination
- Your destination country refuses entry
If we do have to cancel your holiday then you’ll receive a Refund Credit Note (RCN) 7 days prior to departure for the full amount that you paid. This protects your money and gives you the right to either rebook another holiday or to receive a full refund within 14 days*.
You are entitled to a Refund Credit Note – 7 days prior to departure if:
- FCO advises against any non-essential travel to the country
- Borders close
- A quarantine is put in place in the country of travel
- You live in an area subject to a local or national lockdown
- You tested positive to Covid-19
- We had to close the resort you were due to visit
In case you have to quarantine in the UK pre or post-travel but the FCO does not advise against travel to the country, you will not be eligible for a full refund.
