Due to the heavy snowfalls in France there has been road closures and server traffic going into and out of the ski resorts. Many clients have been affected and for immediate assistance please call us on 0208 971 9027.

Our team is working with the local authorities and transfer companies to get you to the resort as soon as possible. Please be advised the local authorities are now stopping all coaches at Albertville. For those currently in transit, we are aware of the situation and are monitoring the situation.

Club Med are aware of the cease in trading of Monarch and all subsidiary companies. At present our teams are working with the CAA to ensure the all clients return home as scheduled. For clients currently aboard, the CAA are responsible for organising clients return travel arrangements. Clients who have booked a Club Med holiday via a Travel Agent

Club Med are aware of the cease in trading of Monarch and all subsidiary companies. At present our teams are working directly with all Travel Agent partners. If your contract (booking confirmation) provider is managed through one of our partnered Travel Agents, please contact them directly for the most up-to-date travel information and solutions.

ABTA and ATOL

If you book a Club Med package excluding transportation, you are still protected by ABTA – The Travel Association.
If you book arrangements rather than an air package holiday from us, we will offer financial protection of your money by way of a bond held by ABTA. Our ABTA membership number is V6608.
