The Resort

On the island of Djerba, close to Houmt Souk, the mythical Club Med Resort of Djerba la Douce enjoys constant sunshine, a clear blue sea and a fine stretch of beach flanked by coconut palms.

Sophie Jacqmin took her inspiration for the Hotel Calypso's new decor from the region's famous Kilim rugs. The walls and floors are enhanced by the ochre tones of these woven wonders, while the new lights, inspired by reels of thread, dispense their brightly coloured rays.

The magic of the Orient radiates throughout this charming family Resort.

Take part in the Club Méditerranée Foundation's solidarity for education action, by taking educational games, toys, footballs and other sports equipment for 6 to 12 year olds to the "Espace Fondation".
Your contributions will be given to the Hadadda Primary School, with 276 children, near Aghir on the island of Djerba.
