Mediterranean and Atlantic coasts

France - La Palmyre Atlantique

Resort  3 Trident Classic resorts

The Resort

Imagine a unique 26-hectare site in France's Charente-Maritime region, a paradise for nature and water sports enthusiasts.

La Palmyre Atlantique lies on the Arvert peninsula, just opposite the famous Cordouan lighthouse.

Its bungalows inspired by oyster farmer's houses, in the middle of a pine forest, use a clever mix of natural materials and bright colours, fitting in beautifully with the natural environment.

This beautifully preserved and envigorating setting is the ideal place to get away from it all and recharge your batteries.

Philippe, 38 years

During the holiday, I decided to take the family out to explore the surrounding jungle country. I was expecting to see plains and marshland, not hippopotamuses, monkeys and panthers! We came across more than 1,600 exotic animals in a huge park at the La Palmyre Zoo. My two sons are still talking about it even now!
