Cervinia

The resort of Cervinia is located in Italy’s Aosta Valley, and is a superb destination for families. Close to the Swiss border at an altitude of over 2000 metres, Cervinia boasts magnificent vistas, and faces the distinctive Mount Cervino, also known by its German name of the Matterhorn. At approximately 4500 metres high, Cervino is one of the tallest peaks in the Alps, characterised by a rocky summit with sheer faces on all sides.
